At Popkorn Travel, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings require a deposit or full payment depending on the selected service. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

  • For cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
  • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • For cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date, no refund will be issued.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the tour or service without prior notice will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be provided.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate date changes or rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Force Majeure

Popkorn Travel is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Third-Party Services

Some services may be operated by third-party providers. Their cancellation policies may differ and will apply where relevant.
